Welcome to The Healing Doula! With The Healing Doula services, I support you through your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. I aim to provide compassionate care, emotional support, and practical assistance to ensure a positive birthing experience. Having a doula can make all the difference in your birth! I believe in providing the most comprehensive doula service possible in an all-inclusive package.

All-Inclusive Package Includes:

Prenatal Support

Initial Consultation (1 hour)
Discuss your birth preferences, address concerns, and get to know each other.
Prenatal Visits (1 hour each)
Two visits to discuss birth plans, comfort measures, and answer any questions.
Phone Support
Available for calls, texts, zoom, or video chat to answer any questions and provide assistance in preparing for OB/Midwife appointments.

Labor Support

On-Call
Available 24/7 two weeks before and after your due date, providing support in your chosen birthing environment (home or hospital).
Continuous Labor Support
On the day of delivery, I will be by your side until your baby arrives! Providing comfort measures and facilitating conversation with care providers to ensure you understand what is happening, allowing you to make decisions that are best for you and your family.
Post Delivery Support
I will stay with you for 1-2 hours following delivery to ensure all your needs are met and allow you to settle in as a new family. During this time I can support you with feeding (initial breastfeeding or bottle), answering questions, and ensuring you have the support you need.

Postpartum Support

Postpartum Visit (1-2 hours)
A visit to provide breastfeeding support, newborn care tips, discuss the birth, answer questions, and emotional check-in.
Postpartum Check-ins
Calls and texts checking in on you through your transition into your new role and support for other care providers (other parents, grandparents, friends, etc.), such as tips for how they can continue to support you in this transition, support for their role, support for how to get adequate sleep and nutrition

All-Inclusive Package $600

Additional Doula Services

Sibling Preparation Class (1-2 hours) $60
A fun session for sibling(s)-to-be to prepare for the arrival of the new baby. This fun class allows the big brothers or sisters the opportunity to ask questions and learn what they can do with some hands-on practice and a fun experience with the parents. (includes tummy hand prints and baby doll practice for a diaper change, bath, and *bottle or breastfeeding* and a beautiful and fun photo op) *based on parents’ comfort with this discussion and what their preferences are
Virtual Doula $200
Available for prenatal and postpartum visits to discuss all your questions and needs. Includes all the prenatal and postpartum support detailed in the All-Inclusive package in a virtual format (call, text, and video conferencing) *On-call support for labor may also be available
Birth Plan Planning $40
In a 1-2 hr session, we will create a birth plan that meets your desires for your birth!
Consult First is free, follow-ups $40
Available for prenatal and postpartum in-person or virtual meetings to support you and answer all of your questions.

We understand that pregnancy and childbirth can be financially overwhelming. We offer flexible payment plans and can provide you with a superbill for potential reimbursement from your insurance.
